  i. What is a bulk user?
  Answer: A bulk user is an entity which lifts water directly from the reservoir or canal for its own use or for onward distribution to its individual members.
 
  ii. Who are the Irrigation bulk users in Maharashtra?
  Answer: Irrigation Bulk users are WUAs.
 
  iii. Who are the domestic/drinking water bulk users?
  Answer: Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, Gram panchayats, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, etc.
 
  iv. Who are the Industrial bulk users?
  Answer: MIDC, Other Industrial estates, large industries, MADC Nagpur, Sugar Co-ops, etc.
 
  v. What is a natural water source
  Answer: natural water sources are rivers, streams, natural lakes, ponds and similar such water bodies.
 
  vi. What is a water resource system?
  Answer: A water resource system is a term used for structures made and operated to utilise a water resource. A composite water resource system includes a dam, a Reservoir, Canal's and sub-canal's.
 
  vii. Does MWRRA have CBRs for its quasi-judicial functions?
  Answer: CBRs for tariff regulation are currently under preparation.
